At Rutherford Bench, every loaf tells a story of patience and craft. We build our breads from simple, quality ingredients — flour, water, salt, and time — letting the flavors of the Valley speak for themselves.
Long Fermentation
Our sourdoughs and hearth loaves rest for 24 to 48 hours, developing deep flavor and a crust that cracks with every cut.
Local Ingredients
We source from Napa Valley farms and producers whenever possible — butter from nearby creameries, grains from regional mills.
Baked Daily
Every morning before dawn, our ovens fire up. What you see in our case was in our hands hours ago — never day-old, never stale.
